- 1 9-inch pie unbaked crust
- 1-cup pecan pieces
- – 3 large eggs
- 1 cup corn syrup light
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 cup sugar granulated
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in melted
- – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- – 1 teaspoon of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F (175degC).
- 2. Mixing bowl mix together the eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, the granulated sugar, the butter vanilla extract, salt and until thoroughly combined.
- 3. Arrange the pecan halves in a uniform arrangement on the bottom of the unbaked pie crust.
- 4. Pour the filling mix over the pecans and cover them completely.
- 5. Carefully transfer the pie to the oven, which has been preheated, and bake for 50-55 minutes, depending on the time, until the filling has cooked and the crust has turned golden brown.
- 6. After baking, take it from oven. let it cool completely before cutting it and serving.
- 7. To add a touch of enjoyment, you can also serve it with a scoop of whipped cream or an ice cream scoop of vanilla cream.
