1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
2 cups beef broth
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream

Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
