INGREDIENTS  

  • 7/8 cup all-purpose flour
  • Half a teaspoon baking soda
  • One teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground Nutmeg
  • Ground cloves 1/8 cup
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup butter that is unsalted, melting
  • 1/2 cup of sugar granulated
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup puree of pumpkin (not filled with pumpkin pie)
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • The oven needs to be heated up to 350° F (175degC). Grease and dust a loaf pan that measures 9×5 inches, or put parchment paper over it.
  • . Within a large bowl, mix baking soda, baking powder, baking powder for flour, cinnamon, salt, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine the butter that was melted together and the granulated sugar as well as brown sugar until they’re smooth.
  • . Add the eggs each at a time, adding them to the mixture of sugar and butter, and whisk thoroughly following each addition.
  • Incorporate this pumpkin mixture, water, along with vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and smooth.
  • Mix dry ingredients in the wet ingredients and stir until the ingredients are combined. Be cautious not mixing too excessively.
  • Put the batter in the loaf pan, and make sure it’s spread equally.
  • Bake in the oven preheated for 60-70 minutes up to the point that a toothpick placed in the middle comes out clear.
  • Allow the pumpkin bread to sit in the oven for around 10 minutes. Remove it from its pan and transfer it onto a wire rack until completely cool.
