Cheesy Broccoli Casserole Recipe
This Cheesy Broccoli Casserole is a creamy, comforting side dish packed with fresh broccoli, melted cheeses, and topped with buttery Ritz crackers. It’s a perfect addition to any meal, and even the pickiest eaters will love it!

Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish and set it aside.

2. Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well incorporated.


3. Transfer to Baking Dish:
Evenly spread the broccoli mixture into the prepared baking dish, making sure to distribute it uniformly.

4. Prepare the Topping:
In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.

5. Bake the Casserole:
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
