Tasty Fruit and Nut Combo 🍏🥗

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped pears (Bartlett or Anjou pears)
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1 cup celery stalks, sliced
1 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
½ cup cream-based condiment or non-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Pinch of paprika, to taste
Romaine lettuce leaves, for serving
Directions:

Bring together the Ingredients:

In a large bowl, mix the chopped pears, halved grapes, sliced celery, and hazelnuts.
Make the Glaze:

In a small bowl, whisk together the cream-based condiment (or non-fat sour cream), apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of paprika.
Combine the Salad:

Pour the glaze over the pear combination and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Chill:

Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least thirty minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve:

Serve the fruit and nut salad on a bed of romaine lettuce leaves for an added crunch.
