Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese Burger Wrap
Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 cup cooked macaroni
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
– 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/4 cup diced red onion
– 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
– 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, bacon, tomatoes, red onion, and BBQ sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine.
3. Lay out a flour tortilla and spoon mixture onto the center. Fold in the sides and roll up, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
4. Heat a separate skillet over medium heat and lightly toast each side of the wrap until golden brown.
5. Serve hot and enjoy
