Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese Burger Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  • Mix Ingredients: Add the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, red onion, and BBQ sauce to the skillet. Stir until everything is well combined and heated through.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay a flour tortilla flat, then spoon the beef and mac mixture into the center. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  • Toast the Wraps: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Toast each side for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
