Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned. Make sure to drain any extra fat. Then, add the minced garlic and onion powder to the skillet, cooking them for another 1-2 minutes until the smell fills your kitchen.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy whipping cream. Add a little salt and pepper to taste.
Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Layer the cooked ground beef mixture evenly at the bottom. Then sprinkle those delicious chopped bacon pieces on top.
Pour the egg mixture over the beef and bacon, then top it off with the shredded cheddar cheese.
Place it in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is a lovely golden color.
Once done, remove it from the oven, let it cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley if you'd like. Serve and enjoy!
