Italian Sausage Roll
A savory roll filled with ham, salami, pepperoni, and cheese, wrapped in flaky puff pastry and brushed with garlic butter.
Ingredients
- 1 packet puff pastry
- 8 slices ham
- 10 slices Genoa salami
- 12 slices cured pepperoni
- 8 slices mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons clarified butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the garlic butter and set aside.
- Stretch the puff pastry and layer with meats and cheese.
- Roll the pastry, seal the edges, and make shallow cuts.
- Brush with garlic butter and bake as per pastry instructions.
- Serve warm, topped with parsley!
