Healthy Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad with Blue Cheese

A spicy, creamy pasta salad loaded with shredded chicken, veggies, and blue cheese, perfect for a filling lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fusilli pasta
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta and set aside to cool.
  • Shred chicken and prep vegetables.
  • Mix pasta, chicken, veggies, dressing, and hot sauce.
  • Chill and serve.
