Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Sauté chopped onion in butter or oil until translucent.

  • Simmer until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
  • For blended soups, use an immersion blender or regular blender to achieve desired consistency.

Notes

Soup can be frozen for later meals. Most soups last 3 to 4 days in the fridge. Remember to taste and adjust seasoning at the end.
