Preheat the Air Fryer
Set the air fryer at 400degF (200degC) and allow it to heat up while you cook the salmon.
Season the Salmon
Mix the salmon cubes, garlic powder, olive oil, paprika powder, salt as well as black pepper, in the bowl of a medium size. Mix till the salmon has been coated evenly.
Optional: Add Breadcrumbs
The salmon cubes seasoned with salt and pepper are tossed in breadcrumbs, if you want a more crispy texture. Coat thoroughly but very gently.
Arrange in the Air Fryer
Set the cubes of salmon in one layer inside the basket of an air fryer making sure they aren't overcrowded. Cook in batches if necessary.
Cook the Salmon
Air fry for between 8 and 10 minutes Shaking the basket halfway throughout to ensure even cooking. Salmon bites are cooked when they are golden brown, crispy and cooked to perfection.
Serve
Remove the air fryer immediately and serve with lemon wedges to give it a fresh flavor.
