BLT Chicken Salad
A creamy and crunchy chicken salad with bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and a tangy dressing. Perfect for any meal or picnic!
- 4 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
- 8 strips bacon chopped (center cut)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or skip and use all mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
- 1/3 cup green onions diced
- 2/3 pint grape tomatoes halved or quartered
- 1 avocado diced
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Whisk in ranch seasoning and pepper.
Add chicken, bacon, and green onions, and mix well.
Stir in tomatoes and adjust seasoning to taste.
Gently fold in avocado when ready to serve.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
