3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Pastry:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
Add the eggs, melted butter, honey, and crushed pineapple with its juice. Mix until fully incorporated.
