Creamy Strawberry Cheesecake Sensation

This indulgent dessert combines soft cheesecake with layers of rich chocolate and luscious strawberry, topped with fresh strawberries for a dramatic finish.

Ingredients:
2 cups crushed chocolate wafers
¼ cup melted unsalted butter
24 oz softened mascarpone cheese
1 cup granulated caster sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla essence
4 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup strawberry jam
½ cup melted dark chocolate
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Directions:
Precisely preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F).
Mix together crushed wafers and melted butter, then press into a 23-centimeter springform pan.
Beat mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then add eggs separately followed by heavy cream.
Divide the mixture: stir strawberry jam into one portion and melted chocolate into the other.
Pour the chocolate portion into the crust, followed by the strawberry portion.
Bake for approximately 55-60 minutes until the center is firm. Cool, then chill for at least 4 hours.
Garnish with fresh strawberries just before serving.

Notes:
Drizzle additional dark chocolate for an added sweet treat.
