3 Tbsp of freshly chopped parsley
3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free option)
1/3 cup of milk
1 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
For the Meatloaf Sauce:

3/4 cup of ketchup
1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp of dark brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190°C. Line a 23 x 13 cm loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and press it down to an even thickness. Bake it uncovered for 40 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients. Spread it over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 66°C.
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving, drizzling it with the pan juices.
