Easy Baked Chicken and Rice

Delightful Chicken and Rice Casserole

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 1/2 cups of white rice (I prefer Regular)
1 can of creamy chicken soup
1 can of savory mushroom soup
1 can of aromatic celery soup
Chicken pieces (you can use bone-in or boneless)
A pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Now, let’s get cooking:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spray a baking dish with a non-stick coating.

In a large bowl, combine the rice and all three cans of soup.

Spread the rice mixture evenly in the baking dish and place the chicken pieces on top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, and voilà! Your meal is ready to be savored.
