Cheesy Hashbrown Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
– 1 (32 oz) package frozen hashbrown potatoes
– 1 can cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup butter, melted
– 1 small onion, diced
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
– 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine hashbrown potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup melted butter, diced onion, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish.
4. In a small bowl, combine crushed cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the potato mixture.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
6. Serve hot and enjoy
