Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Alfredo Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package of noodles (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
6-8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Fiesta blend)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken
Dice the chicken breasts and spread them on a sheet pan.
Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Step 3: Cook the Noodles
Boil a pot of water and cook the noodles until they are halfway done (they should be slightly firm as they will cook more in the oven).
Drain the noodles and set them aside.
Step 4: Assemble the Pasta Dish
In a baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
Add the halfway cooked noodles on top of the sauce.
Evenly distribute the baked chicken pieces over the noodles.
Pour more Alfredo sauce over the chicken and noodles, seasoning the sauce with garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Add the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
Step 5: Bake
Place the assembled dish in the oven and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 6: Serve
Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
