Stuffed Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese Patty
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups macaroni, cooked
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk, continuing to cook until thickened. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
Combine Mac ‘n’ Cheese: Mix the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce and crumbled bacon.
Form Patties: Shape ground beef into thin patties. Place a scoop of the mac ‘n’ cheese mixture in the center of one patty, then top with another patty. Seal the edges.
Cook Patties: Cook the stuffed patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
