INGREDIENTS  

  • 1 – 1/4 cup canned pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of packed brown sugar
  • – 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • – 1/8 teaspoon crushed nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • – – 3/4 cup evaporated dairy
  • 1-inch unbaked pie crust

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • PreheatPreheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220degC).
  • In a mixing bowl, mix the pumpkin puree with brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  • Slowly mix in the milk evaporated until it is well blended.
  • Pour the pumpkin mix into the pie crust that is not baked and spread it out evenly.
  • Put the pie in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175degC) and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the filling is firm and a knife in the middle emerges clear.
  • After baking, remove your pie from the oven and let it cool completely before eating.
  • You can also serve it with the cream or the scoop of vanilla ice cream to make it a truly delicious dessert.
