INGREDIENTS  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
  • – 3 large eggs
  • – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • – 1 teaspoon of salt
  • – 1/4 cup milk To make Zest from 2 Lemons
  • Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Preheat your oven to 350degF (175degC). Grease and dust the loaf pan and place it aside.
  • A mixing bowl blend the softened butter and the granulated sugar until fluffy and light.
  • Incorporate all the eggs immediately, beating them thoroughly every time. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  • Separately, in a bowl, mix together All-purpose flour, salt, and. Then, gradually add the dry ingredient to the wet ingredient. Mix it in with the milk until the mixture is evenly combined.
  • Mix in the lemon zest and lemon juice, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
