Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

A simple, comforting dessert combining strawberry filling, cheesecake cream cheese, and a golden cake topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 15- ounce cans of strawberry pie filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package vanilla or white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup salted butter cold
  • Fresh strawberries for serving optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread the strawberry pie filling in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, egg, and sugar until smooth.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling.
  • Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the layers.
  • Slice the butter into thin pats and arrange over the cake mix.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  • Serve warm or cooled, garnished with fresh strawberries if desired.
