Preparation

Cooking the Soup

  • Add the ramen noodles directly into the pot and cook according to package instructions, usually around 4-5 minutes.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, swap chicken with tofu and use vegetable broth. Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more chili options.
