Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • - 1.087-ounce packet brown gravy mix
  • - 1-ounce packet au jus mix
  • - 1 cup water
  • - 12-ounce package wide egg noodles

Instructions
 

  • Combine beef, gravy mix, au jus mix, and water in a slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  • Serve beef and gravy over noodles.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with parsley.
