Sausage and Egg Roll Ups

Delicious breakfast roll-ups filled with scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheddar cheese, wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 large eggs whisked
  • 1 8 oz package crescent dough
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese cut in half
  • 8 cooked breakfast sausage links

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs, and set aside.
  • Unroll crescent dough and place on a baking sheet. Add one slice of cheese, scrambled eggs, and a sausage link on each dough triangle.
  • Roll up dough and place seam side down.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
