Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip
A creamy, cheesy dip filled with crab meat, seasoned perfectly with onions, bell peppers, and a touch of paprika.
- 2 ounces cream cheese softened
- 4 teaspoons yellow onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter softened
- 4 teaspoons green bell pepper finely diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 6 ounces crab lump meat
- 1 tablespoon green onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon parsley chopped
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and butter until smooth. Blend in the seasoned salt and paprika.
Stir in the yellow onions, crab meat, green pepper, and mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased small shallow baking dish.
Bake for 10-14 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Serve warm with unsalted or lightly salted corn chips, crackers, or small toasts.
