Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip

A creamy, cheesy dip filled with crab meat, seasoned perfectly with onions, bell peppers, and a touch of paprika.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 teaspoons yellow onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter softened
  • 4 teaspoons green bell pepper finely diced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 6 ounces crab lump meat
  • 1 tablespoon green onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and butter until smooth. Blend in the seasoned salt and paprika.
  • Stir in the yellow onions, crab meat, green pepper, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased small shallow baking dish.
  • Bake for 10-14 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Serve warm with unsalted or lightly salted corn chips, crackers, or small toasts.
