Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let the Dough Rise

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
Roll Out the Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release air bubbles. Roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Assemble the Pizza
Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza peel (for a pizza stone).
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and add your favorite toppings.
Bake the Pizza
Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Serve
Let the Pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
