Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the crescent dough sheets and cut each into 4 pieces, making 8 pieces in total.
Place a slice of ham on each piece of dough, then add a cheese stick on top.
Fold the dough and roll it to seal the bottom.
Place the sticks on a greased baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion, and poppy seeds.
Brush the butter mixture over each stick.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
