Ham and Cheese Sticks

Savory ham and cheddar cheese wrapped in crescent dough and brushed with a flavorful butter sauce, baked until golden brown.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes crescent dough sheets
  • 1 lb ham deli-sliced
  • 8 cheddar cheese sticks
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp onion dried minced or onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll out the crescent dough sheets and cut each into 4 pieces, making 8 pieces in total.
  • Place a slice of ham on each piece of dough, then add a cheese stick on top.
  • Fold the dough and roll it to seal the bottom.
  • Place the sticks on a greased baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion, and poppy seeds.
  • Brush the butter mixture over each stick.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
