Grilled Garlic Butter Dill Shrimp
Juicy shrimp skewers marinated in garlic, lemon, and olive oil, finished with melted ghee and fresh dill—ready in 16 minutes.
- 1 lb shrimp peeled & deveined
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1½ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- ¼ cup ghee melted
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high.
Whisk oil, garlic, salt, and lemon juice. Toss shrimp and marinate 10 min.
Thread shrimp onto skewers. Grill 2–3 min per side.
Brush with ghee, sprinkle dill, and serve.
