Grilled Garlic Butter Dill Shrimp

Juicy shrimp skewers marinated in garlic, lemon, and olive oil, finished with melted ghee and fresh dill—ready in 16 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled & deveined
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • ¼ cup ghee melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high.
  • Whisk oil, garlic, salt, and lemon juice. Toss shrimp and marinate 10 min.
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers. Grill 2–3 min per side.
  • Brush with ghee, sprinkle dill, and serve.
