Gordon Ramsay Beef Stroganoff

A rich and creamy beef stroganoff with seared beef, savory mushrooms, and a Dijon sour cream sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 600 g Scotch fillet steak or boneless rib eye
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 150 ml sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Sear the beef and set it aside.
  • Cook the vegetables and make the sauce with beef broth and sour cream.
  • Return the beef to the sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
  • Serve over pasta and garnish with parsley.
