A rich and creamy beef stroganoff with seared beef, savory mushrooms, and a Dijon sour cream sauce.

Instructions
Sear the beef and set it aside.
Cook the vegetables and make the sauce with beef broth and sour cream.
Return the beef to the sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
Serve over pasta and garnish with parsley.
