Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot with salted water. Add the pasta, and boil until it is al dente according to the instructions on the package. Remove the pasta and place it aside.
Cook the Chicken Bites
In an oven-proof skillet over medium-high temperature. Add the chicken bites and add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. The chicken will cook for about 6 to 8 minutes turning them over to golden-brown and completely cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place in a bowl to cool.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
The same pan, lower the heat to medium, and then melting four spoons of butter. Add minced garlic, and sauté for thirty seconds, or till it becomes fragrant. Add the chicken that has been cooked in the skillet and toss into the garlic butter sauce.
Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
In a separate pan in a separate skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over a medium temperature. Sauté minced garlic until it is tender for about 30 seconds. Add thick cream as well as chicken broth. Bring the sauce to a low simmer. Gradually mix into chopped Parmesan cheese, whisking until sauce becomes smooth and smooth. Sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste.
Combine Pasta and Sauce
The cooked pasta should be tossed with the Parmesan sauce until it is evenly coated.
Assemble and Serve
Serve the pasta on a plate and top with chicken bites stuffed with garlic butter. Serve with more garlic butter, if you like, add fresh chopped parsley.
