Easy Sweet Chili Chicken
Crispy chicken pieces coated in a sweet and spicy chili sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

large egg

smoked paprika

onion powder

fresh ginger

sweet chili sauce

soy sauce

unsalted butter

vegetable oil for frying
Optional garnish: sliced green onions

Instructions
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, add the egg and flour. Coat the chicken evenly with the mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy.
In a saucepan, combine garlic, ginger, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
