Preparation

  • Clean and slice the mushrooms into even pieces.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Toss in the sliced mushrooms and stir well, cooking for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of broth if needed.
