Easy Creamy Beef and Shells

Tender beef, creamy sauce, and shell pasta make this a comforting, easy-to-make meal for any night.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz medium shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 14 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
  • Sauté onion in olive oil, then cook beef until browned.
  • Stir in garlic, chili powder, sauce, and broth. Simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add cream and season with salt & pepper.
  • Toss with pasta, serve warm!
