Dump and Bake Chicken Tzatziki with Rice
A simple, one-pan meal that combines marinated chicken, tender rice, and creamy tzatziki sauce for a flavorful dinner with minimal effort.
- For the Chicken:
- 6-8 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Rice:
- 1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- For the Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- For Garnish:
- Fresh herbs such as parsley or dill
Marinate the Chicken: Coat chicken with the marinade and let it rest for 30 minutes.
