Deliciously Creamy Smothered Chicken and Rice

Juicy chicken thighs are smothered in a rich, creamy mushroom sauce and served over fluffy rice.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Season and sear the chicken thighs.
  • Make the creamy sauce with onions, garlic, cream, and soup.
  • Simmer the chicken in the sauce.
  • Cook the rice separately, then serve with the chicken and sauce.
