  • 1 cup chopped romaine Add some shredded kale if available.
  • 1/2 cup leftover roasted chicken or crispy tenders Sliced up for easy eating.
  • 1 tbsp Caesar dressing Keep the dressing light to avoid sogginess.
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese Freshly grated for better flavor.
  • 1 pinch black pepper To taste, add more if desired.
  • 1 squeeze lemon For freshness.
  • 1/4 cup croutons or toasted breadcrumbs For added crunch.

Preparation

  • Start with a large tortilla or lavash flatbread.
  • Lay the chopped romaine and shredded kale on the tortilla.
  • Add the sliced leftover chicken or crispy tenders.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing lightly over the top.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and black pepper.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything.
  • Top with crushed croutons or toasted breadcrumbs for crunch.
  • Wrap the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.

Notes

Pack the wrap whole and slice in half at work for easy eating. Avoid sogginess by adding more dressing just before eating.
