Cranberry & Turkey Stuffing Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 cups dried bread cubes store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Mixture:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, cranberries, celery, and onion.
  • Mix Turkey Ingredients:
  • In another bowl, mix turkey, broth, butter, egg, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Form Stuffing Balls:
  • Add the turkey mixture to the bread mixture, stirring until combined.
  • Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake:
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve:
  • Serve warm with your favorite holiday sides.
