cottage cheese breakfast bowls

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh berries or chopped apple
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or pecans
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Place the cottage cheese in a bowl. Top with the berries, nuts, cinnamon, and honey. Eat immediately.
