Banana Cocoa Drop Cookies

Instructions
 

Olive Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Whisk together the egg, sugar, olive oil, and vanilla.
  • Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto a baking tray and bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
  • Cool on the tray for 5 minutes to set before transferring to a wire rack.

Peanut Butter Oat Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Mix together the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, oats, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • Scoop out the dough onto the baking sheet and lightly flatten each scoop.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Let them firm up as they cool.
