  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the softened butter with an electric whisk until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add honey, vanilla, ground cinnamon, and fine sea salt. Whip until combined.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness or spice according to your preference.
  • Transfer the mixture to a butter keeper or storage container.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks or freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight when ready to use.
