Chicken Wrap Delights

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to get it ready for baking.
  • Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
  • In a small bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. This mixture will create a deliciously flavorful filling for the chicken.
  • Flatten the Chicken:
  • Pound each chicken breast to an even thickness. This helps the chicken cook evenly and makes it easier to roll up.
  • Add the Cheese Mixture:
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  • Roll Up the Chicken:
  • Roll each chicken breast up tightly and secure with toothpicks to hold the filling in place.
  • Sear the Chicken:
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken wraps until golden brown on all sides. This adds a nice crispy exterior.
  • Bake the Wraps:
  • Transfer the seared wraps to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve in Tortillas:
  • Slice the wraps into pieces and place them in warm flour tortillas for easy serving.
