Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap

A quick and delicious wrap with seasoned chicken, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and tangy ranch dressing. Perfect for a fast lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken:
  • 1 lb 450g chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Wraps:
  • 2 tablespoons frying oil
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 6-8 slices cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar 50g
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 6-8 leaves lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Chicken: Slice the chicken horizontally to make thin fillets. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
  • Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken on both sides until browned and cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
  • Assemble Wraps: Place lettuce on tortillas, top with chicken, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, and ranch dressing. Wrap tightly.
  • Optional: Warm in a panini press until crispy.
  • Serve: Cut in half and serve.
