Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

A cheesy, comforting casserole with layers of chicken, ranch dressing, bacon, and crispy tater tots.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 4 slices cooked crumbled bacon
  • 5 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix the chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and 1 cup cheese.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with half the bacon, then arrange tater tots on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then top with remaining cheese and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Add the remaining bacon and green onions before serving.
