Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz rotini or any pasta of choice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain it and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned. Don’t forget to drain any excess fat!
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until they are soft.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, and your cooked pasta. Mix it all up until well combined.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet and stir until it melts into the mixture.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, and if you want, top with chopped pickles for that extra crunch.
