Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain it and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned. Don’t forget to drain any excess fat!
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until they are soft.
Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, and your cooked pasta. Mix it all up until well combined.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet and stir until it melts into the mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, and if you want, top with chopped pickles for that extra crunch.
