Top the beef with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices if using.
Fold the hanging pizza dough over the top ingredients to create a crust.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top for added flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Cut into squares and enjoy!
