Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.5 pounds Steak, cut into 1 inch pieces Choose tender cuts like sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt Adjust if using fine table salt.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika Optional but recommended.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Optional Garnish

  • 1 knob Butter For tossing after cooking.
  • 1 squeeze Lemon For added flavor.
  • Chopped parsley For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the steak dry with paper towels to help it brown instead of steam.
  • Toss steak pieces with olive oil and seasonings until coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer for about 3 minutes at 400°F if your model preheats.

Cooking

  • Arrange steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 6 to 9 minutes total at 400°F, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Rest the cooked steak bites for 2 minutes before serving.
  • Toss with butter or lemon juice for added flavor, if desired.

Notes

Keep steak pieces dry for better browning. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary. Rest the meat after cooking for juicier bites.
