Decadent S’mores Cupcakes 🍫🧁



Key Ingredients:



To create the Base:

1 cup crushed graham wafers
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
To prepare the Cupcakes:

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup high-quality cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
To complete the Finishing Touches:

1 cup marshmallow creme
1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
Crushed graham wafers (for garnish)


Tutorial:



Prepare the Crust: Combine crushed graham wafers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press a spoonful into the bottom of each lined cupcake tin.
Develop the Cupcake Batter: Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in one bowl. In another bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
Bake: Pour the batter over the graham crust in the cupcake tin and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18-20 minutes. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
Finish with Flavorful Toppings: Top each cupcake with marshmallow creme, drizzle with melted dark chocolate, and garnish with crushed graham wafers.
Additional Tips:

To enhance the flavor, broil the marshmallow topping for 1-2 minutes.
