It’s the time of season when I am excited for spring. I am eager to begin plant seeds for my vegetable garden and flowers. I am also looking forward to warmer weather to grill out and make more frozen meals from my household. As you will see my patience is already getting a bit short because on the blog, this is the third recipe for ice cream I’ve posted within a week. It’s only the second week of February. I still have a ways to go. LOL!

It is the perfect thing to have eating a pie that is fresh from the oven, and then topping it off with NINJA CREAMI VANILLA ICE CREAM . Pure deliciousness! This version made from scratch enhances it. It’s so smooth and has just the right quantity of vanilla it.

Ingredients
- Heavy Cream
- Whole Milk
- Granulated Sugar
- Vanilla
Instructions
- In a bowl of medium size Mix together the vanilla and sugar first.
- Incorporate the heavy cream as well as the whole milk. Mix until it is well-combined.
Pour the mix in the Ninja Creami pint and put the lid on top. Place it in the freezer and place it on an even surface for 24 hours.
- Place the pint in the machine, then push the button to activate the ice cream setting.
- Serve.
Ninja Creami Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3/4 C Heavy Cream
- 3/4 C Whole Milk
- 1/3 C Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the sugar and the vanilla first.
- Add in the heavy cream and whole milk. Whisk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and put the lid on it. Store in the freezer on a flat surface for 24 hours.
- Properly install the pint into the machine and push the ice cream setting.
- Serve.
